We are looking forward to welcoming you.  Please note there is no reception at this property, however our Customer Service team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0800 508025.  All arrival information will be sent to you for access to your apartment prior to your arrival upon confirmation of your booking.

Payment

Please note that payment is due at the time of booking.  Payment by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge fee of 2%.

Access

The entrance is from Brandon Street with the lockbox to the right of the door.  Apartments are on floors 1 – 7, with access via a lift or stairs.

Car Parking

There are no parking facilities available at the property, however the closest Wilson Car Parking building is located at 24 Panama Street, Wellington.  We do not have any affiliation with the parking company.  To find out more information about this facility and others nearby, please feel free to visit their website.

Food & Beverage

Although we do not have any food and beverage facilities onsite, we are located near the waterfront with a wide selection of restaurants and bars to choose from.  All apartments have full kitchen facilities, so it is easy to self cater as well as order in take outs.  The closest supermarket is Countdown on Lambton Quay, an easy 5 mins walk.
