All apartments at Courtenay Village offer guests complimentary high speed WiFi and smart TVs.  Courtenay Village is operating our Village Safe Place programme, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety are adhered to.

We are looking forward to welcoming you.  Please note there is no reception at this property, however our Customer Service team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0800 508025.  All arrival information will be sent to you for access to your apartment prior to your arrival upon confirmation of your booking.


Please note that payment is due at the time of booking.  Payment by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge fee of 2%.


The entrance is from Courtenay Place with the lockbox to the right of the door.  Apartments are either on the first or second floors with access via a lift or stairs.

Car Parking

There are no parking facilities available at the property, however Wilson Parking is nearby on Alpha Street, located behind Courtenay Village Apartments, or there is some off-street paid parking in the immediate area.

Food & Beverage

Although we do not have any food and beverage facilities onsite, we are located in the entertainment district of Courtenay Place with many top class restaurants, cafes and takeaway options at our doorstep.  All apartments have full kitchen facilities, so it is easy to self cater as well as order in take outs.  The closest supermarket is New World on Wakefield Street, an easy 5 mins walk.
