We are looking forward to welcoming you. Please note there is no reception at this property, however our Customer Service team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0800 508025. All arrival information will be sent to you for access to your apartment prior to your arrival upon confirmation of your booking.
Please note that payment is due at the time of booking. Payment by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge fee of 2%.
Access is up a spiral outdoor staircase with no lift access. The lockbox access is at the top of the staircase to the left-hand side.
We do not have any onsite parking, however we can offer discounted secure parking in the commercial parking building across the road, which costs $28 per day with a 2-metre height restriction. Passes for this can be collected from Astelia Hotel at 156 Willis Street, located 2 minutes away from Willis Village. If you are arriving after 9pm please let us know prior to arrival by email, to confirm if you would like to have parking added to your booking and this will be included in your arrival envelope.
Although we do not have any food and beverage facilities onsite, we are located opposite Capital Marlets and nearby the entertainment district of Cuba Street. All apartments have full kitchen facilities, so it is easy to self cater as well as order in take outs. Please ask our customer service team for any recommendations for restaurants, delivery services and for information on our local supermarkets. The nearest small supermarket is New World on Willis Street, an easy 5 mins walk.
