We are looking forward to welcoming you. Please note there is no reception at this property, however our Customer Service team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0800 508025. All arrival information will be sent to you for access to your apartment prior to your arrival upon confirmation of your booking.
Payment
Please note that payment is due at the time of booking. Payment by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge fee of 2.5%.
Please note that we may also require a security bond for your stay of $500.00. This will be refunded to you after your departure and once housekeeping has checked your room, to ensure there are no damages or issues.
Access
Access is up a spiral outdoor staircase with no lift access. The lockbox access is at the top of the staircase to the left-hand side.
Car Parking
We recommend Wilson Parking, located opposite Astelia Apartment Hotel (151 Willis Street, Wellington), as a convenient parking option. Please note that this is self-booked and not managed directly by the hotel.
Alternatively, street parking is available near the property and is free, with no restrictions between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Outside of these hours, a 2-hour time limit applies, along with applicable charges.
Limited secure covered parking is also available at Boulcott Suites, less than a 5-minute walk away (subject to availability and at an additional cost). This can be booked in advance by contacting our team at 0800 508 025 or CustomerService@villagegroup.co.nz.
Food & Beverage
Although we do not have any food and beverage facilities onsite, we are located opposite Capital Marlets and nearby the entertainment district of Cuba Street. All apartments have full kitchen facilities, so it is easy to self cater as well as order in take outs. Please ask our customer service team for any recommendations for restaurants, delivery services and for information on our local supermarkets. The nearest small supermarket is New World on Willis Street, an easy 5 mins walk.
Housekeeping Services
Please note that your apartment will not be serviced during your stay of under 7 days. Any bookings over 7 days will be provided with a full weekly housekeeping service.
