WiFi and In-Room Facilities

Every apartment includes complimentary unlimited high-speed WiFi, a kitchenette with bar fridge, Nespresso machine and convection oven, and an in-room washer/dryer combo.

Reception and Check-In

Reception is open daily from 8am–10:30am and 1pm–7pm; outside these hours, the Customer Service team is available 24/7 on 0800 50 80 25, with after-hours property access emailed to guests.

Payment and Security

A valid credit card and ID are required at check-in; if a credit card is unavailable, a $500 cash deposit is required as a bond, and a separate $500 security bond may also apply, refunded after departure once the room is checked. EFTPOS, cash, and all major credit cards are accepted (2.5% surcharge applies to credit cards).

Parking

Astelia has no onsite parking. Wilson Parking, located opposite the hotel at 151 Willis Street, is a self-booked option (fees apply); free street parking is available between 8pm–8am (2-hour limit and charges apply outside these hours); limited secure covered parking can also be booked in advance at our sister property Boulcott Suites for a fee – please ask the team for more information.

Dining and Self-Catering

There are no food and beverage facilities onsite, but Astelia is close to the Cuba Street dining district, Capital Markets, and takeaway options, with the closest supermarket (New World, Willis Street) a 5-minute walk away. All apartments have kitchenette facilities for self-catering.

Housekeeping

Stays under 7 days are not serviced by default, though daily housekeeping can be added for an extra charge; stays over 7 days include a complimentary full weekly housekeeping service.
