All apartments at Astelia Apartment Hotel offer guests complimentary high speed WiFi. Astelia is operating our Village Safe Place programme, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety are adhered to.

Please note the following key information about our services and facilities:

Check In - Check Out

Check In; from 2pm – Check Out; before 10am

Reception and Check In Instructions

Reception is open Monday – Friday; 8am – 10.30am and Monday – Thursday; 1pm – 7pm (outside of these hours the Customer Service team can be contacted on 0800 50 80 25, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

For security purposes a valid credit card and ID will be required at the time of check in.  If a credit card is unavailable, then a $500 cash deposit will be required as a bond.


Please note that all accommodation charges must be settled upon arrival (unless they have already been prepaid).  We accept EFTPOS, cash and all major credit cards (credit cards incur a 2% credit card surcharge fee).

If you are arriving when reception isn’t open, your nominated credit card will be charged for the total accommodation cost, unless charge back has been authorised for your booking.  After hours access will also be emailed to you for access to the property.

Please note that we may also require a security bond for your stay of $500.00.  This will be refunded to you after your departure and once housekeeping has checked your room, to ensure there are no damages or issues.

Car Parking

We do not have any onsite parking, however we can offer discounted secure parking in the commercial parking building across the road, which costs $28 per day with a 2-metre height restriction.  Passes for this can be collected from Reception. If you are arriving after reception hours please let us know prior to arrival by email, to confirm if you would like to have parking added to your booking and this will be included in your arrival envelope.

Food & Beverage

Although we do not have any food and beverage facilities onsite, we are located near the vibrant Cuba Street district, offering a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes.  We are also across the road from Capital Markets and a range of takeaway options.  All apartments have kitchenette facilities, so it is easy to self cater as well as order in take outs.  The closest supermarket is New World on Willis Street, an easy 5 min walk.
