All 5 star Qualmark rated guest rooms and apartments offer complimentary high speed WiFi and Sky TV.  Boulcott Suites is operating our Village Safe Place programme, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety are adhered to.

Check In Instructions

We are looking forward to welcoming you.  Please note that payment is due upon arrival at the property, unless this has been settled in advance.  If you are arriving after reception closes at 9pm, please contact us on 0800 508025 as detailed in your confirmation email before arrival to obtain your after hours contactless check in instructions.

If you would prefer a contactless check in, even during reception operating hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange this with you.

For security purposes a valid credit card and ID will be required at the time of check in.  If a credit card is unavailable, then a $500 cash deposit will be required as a bond.

Payment

Please note that all accommodation charges must be settled upon arrival (unless they have already been prepaid).  We accept EFTPOS, cash and all major credit cards (credit cards incur a 2% credit card surcharge fee).

If you are arriving after 9pm, your nominated credit card will be charged for the total accommodation cost, unless charge back has been authorised for your booking.  After hours access will also be emailed to you for access to the property.

Please note that we may also require a security bond for your stay of $500.00.  This will be refunded to you after your departure and once housekeeping has checked your room, to ensure there are no damages or issues.

Car Parking

Car Parking is located onsite, covered and secure for $29.00 per night.  Please note that the self parking spaces are limited and subject to availability. Please contact our team on 0800 508025 or email customerservice@villagegroup.co.nz should you wish to reserve a space in advance.

Food & Beverage

Although we do not have any food and beverage facilities onsite, we are located nearby the entertainment districts of Cuba Street and a short walk to Courtenay Place.  All rooms and apartments have full kitchen facilities, so it is easy to self cater as well as order in take outs.  Please ask our customer service team for any recommendations for restaurants, delivery services and for information on our local supermarkets.  The nearest small supermarket is New World on Willis Street, less than 5 mins walk.
